YUGA provides digital tools for managing Yogasana championships, including registration, scoring, analytics, and reporting.

• Users must use the platform only for legitimate purposes
• Users must not attempt to manipulate scores or results
• Unauthorized access, scraping, or reverse engineering is prohibited

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

• Immediately notify us of unauthorized access

4. Data and Content

Users retain ownership of their data. By using YUGA, you grant us a limited license to process and display data for platform functionality, including scoring, rankings, and analytics.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including software, branding, and design, is the intellectual property of YUGA TECHSOLUTIONS PVT LTD and is protected by applicable laws.

6. Service Availability

We strive to ensure uninterrupted access but do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may result in temporary downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

YUGA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including errors in scoring, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for users who violate these Terms or misuse the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.
